Group booking times and coach travel are available on a first come served basis. Where capacity has been reached for your preferred time you will be contacted to agree an alternative time. Group discounts are given in good faith and dependent on the final number being within 10% of original booking or the higher rate/head will apply. Any reduction of group size after the booking deadline or non-attendance on the day itself may be charged in full. Confirmed bookings are to be paid in full by 31st March. Individual visitors (particularly parents) may attend at any time throughout the day and will receive a copy of the show guide for a nominal (family) charge. Schools are asked to adequately prepare their students prior to their visit using the comprehensive show guide and lesson materials provided so that they (and exhibitors) get the best out of their BFS experience. For those using the coach service, you will be notified of pick-up times and locations prior to your visit. Individual coaches are picking up successive groups in rotation to save on hire costs. Please ensure that you are all at the pick-up points promptly so as not to delay others. Please ensure that student groups are accompanied by sufficient members of staff. They will be responsible for the good conduct and safety of the students they are accompanying. Unruly, disruptive or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and any person(s) exhibiting such behaviour will be excluded from the venue. Litter bins are provided around the venue. Please ensure that students use them and do not discard litter elsewhere. Smoking/vaping is not permitted in or around the venue If EEBP is prevented or delayed from performing its obligations by ‘force majeure’ then it shall be excused from performing its obligations for so long as such cause or prevention shall continue and may terminate the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt ‘force majeure’ shall be deemed to be any cause affecting performance of this contract arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond the reasonable control of such party and inter alia including the following: acts of god, war, riot, strike, lock out or other labour dispute, fire, bad weather, legislation, the inability to secure labour, (whether of the foregoing class or not).
